Course Objectives The course aims to give understanding of all kinds of social rehabilitation techniques that needed for healthy or sick elder care.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to define social rehabilitation
  • Will be able to describe how to bring elderly the added skills of daily life
  • Will be able to learn housekeeping and home exercise programs
  • Will be able to define elder’s encounter social and mental problems

Course Description Definition and concept of Social Rehabilitation, Social rehabilitation of the elderly, Providing protection confidence in maintaining the of the social life of the elderly, Elderly daily life-skills, Aged care technicians, attitudes and behaviors of elderly people, Housekeeping, Private home exercise programs, Hobby and leisure time activities, Social problems faced by the elderly.
